Shoutout to the BBI for featuring ONSIDE’s Executive Director, Alex McCann, and the team! Alex cares deeply about promoting diversity and innovation in a world that presents unequal barriers. Her hard work can be seen in all she has done through ONSIDE and the Start Now Incubator project for diverse women all over Canada.

ONSIDE cares about all the women it has supported, which is why it is so important that our programs and events are as accessible as possible. Alex McCann has been an advocate for equality and has been a backbone of the operation. Overcoming systemic barriers and fostering innovation have been the foundations for ONSIDE as an organization.
