Savior Joseph - The Element of Inclusion

The first episode in our two-part series about Diversity and Inclusion, Savior Joseph, president, Breathing Green Solutions, shares his journey from his early childhood as part of an immigrant family in Newfoundland to the Acadia basketball team, to leading executive teams in across Canada, and the importance of supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Savior is currently the President and a Member of the Board of Directors for Breathing Green Solutions (BGS) Inc., one of Canada’s leading premium cannabis licensed producers. He has successfully led the launch of SKOSHA, BGS’s recreational Cannabis brand, which currently is the number one local brand in Nova Scotia by
market share and dollars sold. Previous to that Savior was the Senior VP of Global Marketing for Aurora Cannabis, and the President of Colour. He is welcoming a new role and commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion as the incoming chairman of the Tribe Network, a gathering place for BIPOC entrepreneurs; and is the chair of Ambrae Academy's Basketball Leadership Program.
